Which hotels do you pick up from? Is there an extra charge for distant hotels?
First of all, we provide free round-trip hotel transfers by air-conditioned minivan from most areas across Phuket, including Patong, Kata, Karon, Kamala, Bang Tao, Surin, Phuket Town, and Rawai.
However, for hotels in more remote areas such as Mai Khao, Nai Yang, Nai Thon, or Cape Panwa, a small transfer surcharge may apply. As a result, we strongly recommend sharing your hotel name at the time of booking so that we can confirm your exact pickup time and any additional costs in advance.
In addition, if your accommodation is located outside Phuket Province, such as in Khao Lak or Krabi, a private transfer can be arranged for an additional charge of 3,500 THB per van (round trip).
Furthermore, your private speedboat departs from Royal Phuket Marina. Therefore, hotel pickup typically begins between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM, with arrival at the marina around 8:30 AM. If you prefer to make your own way there, you are welcome to meet us directly at our meeting point at Royal Phuket Marina. For example, we may adjust the order of island visits or replace a particular stop with a sheltered alternative. Most importantly, if sea conditions are genuinely unsafe for boating, we will contact you in advance to offer either a reschedule to another date during your stay, or an alternative tour of equal value. As a result, your payment is never forfeited due to weather-related cancellations.
