Guests travelling from outside Phuket province can arrange a private transfer from Khao Lak or Phang Nga Town for an additional charge of ฿3,500 per van (round trip), operated as a private air-conditioned vehicle. Please contact us when booking to arrange this service.

The tour departs from Ao Po Pier on Phuket's northeastern coast — the closest pier to Phang Nga Bay, ensuring maximum time on the water.
Round-trip hotel transfers by air-conditioned minivan are included from most hotels across Phuket. Your exact pickup time will be confirmed with your booking via WhatsApp or email, as times vary depending on your hotel's location. If you prefer to make your own way to the pier, please arrive at Ao Po Pier no later than 09:00.

What time does the tour depart and return?
Hotel pickups begin at approximately 07:20, with all guests checking in at Ao Po Pier by 09:00. The big boat departs the pier shortly after and returns to Ao Po Pier at approximately 17:00, followed by minivan transfers back to your hotel — estimated arrival between 18:30–19:00 depending on your hotel's location.
The total tour duration is approximately 7–8 hours from hotel pickup to hotel drop-off.
