Where does the tour depart from in Phuket?
The tour departs from Royal Phuket Marina on Phuket's eastern coast — one of Phuket's premier marina facilities with easy access to Phang Nga Bay. Round-trip hotel transfers by air-conditioned minivan are included from most hotels across Phuket.
Your exact pickup time will be confirmed with your booking via WhatsApp or email. If you prefer to make your own way to the pier, please arrive at Royal Phuket Marina no later than 09:00.
What time does the tour depart and return?
Hotel pickups begin at approximately 07:00, with all guests checking in at Royal Phuket Marina by 09:00. The speedboat departs shortly after and returns to Royal Phuket Marina at approximately 17:20, followed by minivan transfers back to your hotel.
The total tour duration is approximately 7–8 hours from hotel pickup to hotel drop-off.
What is the cancellation policy?

Are there toilets on board the speedboat?
Yes — the speedboat is equipped with a small on-board toilet for guests' convenience. Additional toilet facilities are also available ashore at Koh Panyee, James Bond Island (Khao Phing Kan), and Naka Island throughout the day.
Where should I sit on the speedboat?
We recommend sitting in the middle or rear seats of the speedboat for the most comfortable experience. The front of the boat has no roof cover and is fully exposed to sunlight and sea spray — and is subject to significantly stronger impact from waves, which can be uncomfortable and is not recommended.
Middle and rear seats offer better shelter, a smoother ride, and a more enjoyable experience for most guests.
Am I likely to get seasick? Is motion sickness medication available?
Some guests may experience motion sickness on a speedboat, particularly in choppy sea conditions. If you are sensitive to motion sickness, we strongly recommend taking medication before departure.
Good news: we provide complimentary motion sickness tablets at our office — simply ask our team when you check in at Royal Phuket Marina and we will be happy to provide them. We recommend taking the medication at least 30 minutes before boarding.
