Privacy and Confidentiality Policy

  • We take your privacy seriously. Only authorized employees will access customer information, and solely for work-related purposes on a need-to-know basis.
  • Customer records are treated as confidential and will not be shared with any third party.

 

General Policy

  • All Amazing Canoeing boat tours and private charters operate rain or shine, except during extreme weather events such as typhoons or hurricanes.
  • Boat tours and private charters itineraries and timings are approximate and subject to change without notice to suit tide and local weather conditions.

  • Your booking confirmation, including the exact pick-up time, will be sent to you separately via Amazing Canoeing email.
  • Please be ready and waiting in your hotel lobby or designated pick-up location 5 minutes before the scheduled pick-up time specified in your booking confirmation email.
  • Please note that pick-up and drop-off times can vary depending on the number of passengers and hotel stops. If you’re part of a mixed group tour with multiple stops, there might be some delays. If the driver is late or you have trouble finding him, please inform the hotel reception right away. For updates, call us at 095-424- 5380 or 095-424-5382.
  • Amazing Canoeing offers personal insurance to cover travelers for any unforeseen accidents during the trip, up to the maximum limits as per relevant Thai law. However, please note that pregnant women cannot be insured.
  • Travelers with high blood pressure, heart conditions, or pregnancy are advised to consult their doctors before joining the boat tour.

 

Cancelation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Amazing Canoeing reserves the right to cancel bookings for a full refund in case of bad weather or insufficient number of travelers.
  • To qualify for a full refund, the traveler must cancel their booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the experience. Refunds will not be issued for cancellations made after this period.
  • Request to reschedule a join boat tour made by 20.00 the night before your scheduled trip will be free of charge, subject to availability.
